Working with different people

Working at Mthashana TVET College is quite interesting because I learn a lot, gaining more knowledge and experience. Working with different people from different countries which I learn a lot from them. My relationship with co-workers is very good because we are respecting each other and there is no criticism. I have learned if you are working with people you need to respect them and respect each other. You have to smile even you see that you have personal problem which you don't have to carry them to work. What I mostly enjoy is that my co-workers are those people who were teaching me and I'm where I am because of them and I enjoy that I'm also sharing my knowledge to them .The most challenging aspects of this job is that sometimes you work under pressure but its something that build me which I cannot complain about it and there are lot of students problems to deal with.

Pros: Working with good people who have respect and learning and gaining experience
Cons: It's not good if we working in a buliding that is falling apart

Excellent and quick learner

I studied at eMondlo throughout all my school levels, started at lower levels at Silindekahle and Lindakahle primary school, then went to high level Khondlo Secondary school where I completed my grade 12. As I was passionate about broadening my studies and knowledge especially in business studies. 2014 - 2015 I went to college, I enrolled at Mthashana TVET College for Management Assistant. From there I went for Inservice training at Inkanyiso Special school for three months and I’m currently doing it at Mthashana TVET College. I am a hard work person who is capable of working with different people in communities and in the field of work.

Quick learner

Preferred learning

My relationship with co-workers It has been a wonderful journey to work with people like this and they brought nothing but the best my life. A typical work day The most typical thing about day to day work is that always ensure yourself to learn something each an everyday. What have I learnt What have I learnt is that if you are working with different people be ensure that they will show different attitudes around you, So have a way to handle those different attitudes. What have I enjoyed most Is that I now know how to treat in people you are working with, make decisions, my communication skill is upgraded and most of all respect towards other in the organization. The most challenging aspects of the job I am dealing with caltech system here so sometimes network is the major problem here, late submittings and shortage of staff dealing caltech system

Excellent in projects

I am a person who is an excellent asset in IT and computer support system with best electronic communication. I am very equipped to perform a range of IT support functions within Mthashana TVET College sector. Very good in socializing, communicating skills and excellent in educating and training people under networking environment. I can work shifts and probably can work under pressure. My main belief is not to see what lies dimly at a distance but to do with what lies at my hand. My main focus is to conquer all the obstacles and challenges in life, so that I will achieve my goal. My vision is to see myself continuously working in a powerful college with good opportunities like MTHASHANA TVET COLLEGE since it is a bias free college, got quite a lot of good opportunities to everyone.

Pros: The company is verry good except that it does not give other training oportunities like shot corses
Cons: there is quite a great oportunities for people who needs to be groomed in order to aquire their experience and skiils

I am the person who work so hard and working to improve level of services of the organisation

i am the person who work very hard to improve the image of the organisation and i able to work as indipendent person and i able to work as the tiem. i know haw to listern my supervisor and thak instraction and i work as queck as i am to finished my job in time.

Pros: I working on this organisation fro the year and half and i need to improve the stage as well as the image of the organisation

Great and Exciting

It's been a great opportunity for me to be with my current employer. We've had a balanced working relationship, though, not always smooth. I relate with my colleagues in a professional manner and have social experiences such as end-of-year parties together. I've learnt a great deal about dealing with people, especially, with our students. These students come from varying socio-economic background and hence offer different challenges on daily bases. I've also learnt a lot on my subject area and other related fields. Nothing excites me more than preparing to go to class to meet my new students. I love giving showing them the potentials, possibilities and opportunities they have at their exposure. The challenging aspect, however is, not being able to get the necessary infrastructure and other support in delivering my service.

Career diversion

The college environment is a good environment since i am working with students who are always looking forward to getting new information i bring to them in class

Pros: working on the farm is good. it brings me closer to the crops which i enjoy very much
Cons: my career is taking an education route whereas i am an agronomist

Excellent learning curve

I was doing an in-service training at Mthashana central office for 18 months earning 2500 as stipend . I gain a lot of experience from the HR sector, they thought me a lot , on how must we behave in a work field , towards our employees, to be confident and to be a confidential towards other people matters
