Goal driven, reaserch orinataed and beleive assumption is the mothe rof all troubles

I have learnt to think on my feet and to think big, Transaction files are huge and planning is essential to manage the bulk. I enjoy the staff. They are good people and great to work with. Taking responsibility and were all eager to bond into a unit. Controlling my lady staff when they start having scruffs was challenging, especially in the beginning. MSS has two separate databases that is very big and were not synchronised. Staff were not informed or educated enough to handle specific transactions leading to vast amounts of transactions scattered in suspense files etc. The result was a debtors book with more than 5 000 open account of witch less than 3 000 were active. I had to redo the data flow for the company for it was not remotely giving us meaningful information. I had to re-invent the system and re-educate the staff in order to determine profitability and receive meaningful information. nice challenge and enjoyed it tremendously. Lots of work though

Pros: Great people to work with. Above avarage salary
Cons: MSS is in dire financial strain and the knock on effect is astronomical

Always something to learn

Im a good motivated individual but also work good with others and always give my best and ralate to the task at hand.I'm very positive and like to motivate others and work hard to reach my goals.I'm very punctual and always believe in doing better than the day before.
