Pros: Hardworker, earger to learn, reliable
Cons: I have learned alot during my time and was offered many opportunities to better myself. Excel course was provided to everyone and was a great learning expererience as well.

Good company to work for. Always engaging with Clients Fun Activities, office never boring Variety of cultures and different people Amazing individuals. Everyone always working towards common goal.

I like to see myself in the next level.

I usually start my work at 07:00 and i prefer to start with the priority jobs first for a certain period I always make sure that i build a good relationship with my co-workers and i am positive at working environment. I learnt a lot of thing especially when coming to be in procurement , build a good relationships with the external people. I like to make my co-workers as my second family, that is what i enjoy most. The most challenging aspects is I'm motivated when there is a challenging deadline and i make sure the job is done in time.

Pros: chances of growing in the company
Cons: Working extra miles in the company

Excellent learning curve.

Constantly in work mode. Enjoy most of my relationships with most of my co-workers as well as work directly with top management being exposed to more executive projects. The most challenging part of the job is having to answer or explain faults that are not of my actions or performance.

Pros: One works independently without any micro management
Cons: No future growth

Excellent Team players

The work environment is very pleasant, all team players. Feels like a family business. I learned a lot in the company, the new home loan application systems as well as the relationship we have with the Banks consultants. Showed leadership skills, love it a lot when I can help my colleagues. The bank thing now is seeing the company struggle as we are now facing retrenchments.

Pros: Possibility for growth in the business in JHB & Cape Town
Cons: No salary increases, no incentives

Great development business exposure

Great development exposure from land due dilogence to project closeout. Company allows you to spread your wings and allows place for mentoring. Although flexi hours aren't implimented they can be taken. Good atmosphere overall.

Excellent learner

Every day is a learning curve and I like to learn more. Dont want do stand still, want to build up my career with a company that can take me there. I have 12 year of experience in construction from Jnr Foreman up till Site Manager. I am always hands on to get work done and work with the teams.

Pros: It was Great
Cons: There was time that we pushed up till late night

Great learning and experience

It has been great working for Msp developments, I have learned to liase with different people from different levels and companies and my relationships with my colleagues has been a great experience and I have grown a lot and learned a lot from my fellow colleagues. Working hours were great and I mostly enjoyed the team work, communication between the teams. I loved the challenges of convincing the banks to release payments and making clients understand the process of construction.

Pros: Great experience and growth
Cons: General working hours, eg 07:00 to 16:00
