Fast leaner

I worked in a medical aid for 19 years and I was retreched and after two years I worked in a insurance company but it was a contract then then the contract was fin ished then I am at home now looking for a job I have leaned a lot more especially that I was camping from a medical aid to an insurance I am a fast leaned I'm an insurance I have leaned about the voids that I didn't know about it and we were doing wcf claims of hospital claims which I enjoy it a lot because at the medical we we doing only doctors claims

Pros: It was a great opportunity for me
Cons: It was from 7am to 4pm it depends with work

Excellent experience

I have learned a lot from MSO as I was afforded an opportunity to venture into something new and grow. I'll forever be grateful for the experience. The opportunity will forever be considered a blessing.

Great company to work for, no benefits though.

Great company to work for, no benefits though. The salary is not very competitive. It's too far for me and I spend way too much time in traffic. More focus should be put into training.

I am an extremely responsible individual of high caliber

Call Center is a live environment and it needs you to stay focus. I am capable of working very efficiently under pressure, tough working conditions and long hours. I have a good sense of humor am very loyal, dedicated and professional in everything I do. I am a lateral thinker who has the ability to handle any situation spontaneously, and make important rational decisions

Pros: Call Centre in medical environment. You are able to educate the caller with regars to their benefits and also to safe lives.
Cons: You not emtional and sometimes the caller might think that you don't care.

Great experience achieved

I am the 1st and last link between our clients. Clients lias directly with me upon requesting an authorization for admissions and I receive and process accounts. Do all queries and reports with regards to the scheme. If there's a problem I fix it. No escalations am in a self managed team

Pros: Great learning experience
Cons: Under appreciated
