Hard working to promote quality health care for all

Working as team thought me to be more confident with my work. taking care of my patients on checking on how well their being taken care of during their visits,admission at the clinics and during their stay at the hospital. Doing client satisfaction survey, waiting times,if their also get medicines. Analysis of data, collection of stat. Conducting Nerve centre meetings,checking wellness of mother and children. Making sure adverse events are monitored and evaluated especially in labour ward. Monitoring and writing reports on daily hospital status and clinics. Champion on ideal clinic realisation. What I enjoyed the most is to get good result on my clients satisfaction survey. Most challenging is to work on both clinics and the hospital with limited resources.

Goood learning

At mseleni hospital I work for one year on a contract and I have managed to get the experience in surgical,Gynae,orthopaedic and maternity ward that I can use in any health institution. I have enjoy mostly to work with staff that always follow ethics and professional practices

I am a productive,well organized and people orientated individual which is why I interact well with people across culture . I am a responsible person with a sense of emergency, quick to understand new technology. I am in good health physical and mentally. I have 18 months experience as a clerk. My skill and dedication solidify my capability and give me assurance of performing within the position.
