Good at self discipline

You are practically your own boss. What you put in is what you get out. Colleagues were great. We all stand as team. When you had a problem you can reach out to your neighbours. Growth soso.

Learning new curve. team player and target oriented person.

What i love about the company im working for is that you experience different personalities and how to tackle a task or a complaint brougbt forward. It keeps you busy so that you do not have an idle mind. Friendly environment. How to handle clients that are irrate. Co workers are team players and we share ideas to achive the given targets of the month. Working with a target and goals to achieve.

I have learned a lot about customer service

MSA is a great place to work at. The vibe is awesome and I had an opportunity to learn however, it is time to grow to bigger things. The management is great. There is transparency and understanding.

Relaxed homely environment

...flexible hours - core times and adjustable start-finish hours. ...close-knit staff group. ...there is always more to just the expected design routine - dealing with people is important - building relationships outweighs the actual drawing task. ...freedom to resolve issues your own way ...nowadays, respect as an expert in the design field can be a thin guise. .. pitfalls of the unexpected which are beyond one's control can skew outcomes, so anticipating these as best possible.

Great learning environment

It good company but had unfair treatments..Very fun workplace because we could mix work and fun to balance work not to bore the workplace.salaries were paid end of the month but monthly circle ended of the 25th which gave us pressure of us to work harder so you can reach a certain target for a certain amount of salary.
