I am result and target driven, with knowledge of Customer Service Excellence at aim.

I have an excellent working relationship with my co-workers. Very good problem-solving skills and strong customer orientation. I enjoy to meet targets set to me.

Pros: Very challenging working with students to help them to reach their goals and see the happiness when they do.
Cons: No cons. Super Company, but they are in financial difficulty at the moment

Customer service always comes first

In our store the most focus is customer service and us reaching target making sure we have o% off stock loss for everymonth. What I love most is team work, in retail when we work as a team our customiter is rated sizzling everytime from our competitors.

Good experience

Manners, communicagion skills, underatanding different people, handleling difficult cusgomers in a good way and how to approach them when they are angry. Quality focus, working with a smile. Challenging : When the customers does not want to listern, I try by all means to make them understand n calming down without a mananger. Working under pressure, reducing the qeue n increasing my typing speed in other to help the custkmers
