Great corporate exposure

As a student, finding a job is difficult, I was lucky to have worked for a company such as MRP group, their company culture has taught me so much in terms of strategic thinking and planning and also paying attention to detail. They focus on growth of the company and on the employee and all in all was a great experience.

I have learnt a lot working with different cultures

I have learnt a lot working with different cultures, one thing that I don't like the most is the long working hours not enough time to spend with ur family including public holidays. Working in a call centre environment can be draining and having to take sick leaves, annual and family responsibility just to get some time off and be with your family . What I have learnt about the company is to focus on your position not to worry about anything else that does not concern you

Hardworking person

Its so nice working @ mrp ,we work as s team we know how to help other..we give a good customer service to our customers .its so nice cos you have to know all the duties in the store like mechandising,cashier and using m-pos

I worked for mrp for 6 years but they don't give us promotion

I worked for mrp for the past 6yrs but they don't value us .no promotions no money,I applied for several opportunities but no luck.I know how to marchandise .style the denims n to run cash desk .good customer service ,an also working as a cashier

Working fast with complete accuracy

A typical day for me is working on the tills , doing sales , dealing with customers and helping with queries related to accounts . My duties also include unpacking stock and replenishing the floor with stock. My relationship with my co workers is good . Everybody works together and is very helpful towards each other. I've learnt how the retail industry works and how important it is to work as a team in order to reach a common goal. The most challenging aspect of my job is working fast and being accurate while providing excellent customer service.

Highly Adaptive to environment

Hi, My current company has a great work environment and the culture of partnership and teamwork is one of our main laws we avoided by within the company. Although there is much work being done and free flow working environment I feel that I have reached a Plato within my field and am now looking for other opportunity to venture into. Regards,

A typical work day

I learnt that the stockroom is the engine of the store. What that means is that without the stockroom the store wouldn't be successful. I don't know much about the company as of yet because I haven't been at the company long enough to know alot but my Co-workers are friendly and nice. It's a basic job that anybody can learn within a week if you willing to learn.
