Defferent work experience

My day is from 8am till 5pm Monday to Friday and alternative weekends. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We do have disagreements as all people do but the most important thing is the resolution of the situation at hand. I have learnt to multitask from dealing with frustrated customers over the phone, actioning emails, updating for account details, emailing customers statements, scanning and faxing documents. I have learnt to be a team player no matter how one feels, to be transparent, understanding, sympathetic and empathetic. I enjoy team meetings, discussions and team buildings. The challenging aspects of my job is the income, it is enough for all the work that one does and sometimes we are not including in new department changes.

Pros: Promotions are reserved for the faviourite
Cons: Long working hours even on public holidays

Good company however there isn't any growth opportunities

No growth no recognition. In this company even if you are employed for 10 years in a junior role there will be no promotion via the company. You will need to apply for the position even having the knowledge they wouldn't consider giving you the chance.

Working at Mrp Money has not only been a working experience but a learning curve as well.

My day to day duties are to open account for customer,deal with customers queries & selling cellphones.I have a very special relationship with all my co-workers.We've become more or a family than co-workers because most of our conversations happens informally.I've learnt a lot of things especially to give customers an exceptional customer service. I enjoy putting smiles on my customers faces.What challenges me the most is reaching my daily,weekly & monthly targets.

Pros: There are ver great opportunity for promotions.

Worse company to work at

A typical day at my job is dealing with uneducated store associates trying to query customers new account applications. Handling every query as professionally as possible. My position is a customer service consultant however the incentive we receive is mainly based on the amount of application we capture..as if we are data captures. Poor management and rules made in the company. I enjoy working with the team I am in as we work as a team and ensure all works is carried out. Challenging aspects are carrying out the amount of work we are given as we do everything in the department and take calls at the same time, when our job description states call centre agent.

Pros: small incentuves
Cons: no promotions, terrible working ours and poorly payed

Challenging work environment. Deal with different scenarios. Customer service retail environment.

Good company to work for. Helps in starting a career where you can get out there and be aware of the skill set you have. Exposes you to team work and pushes you to see the value in participating to achieve the organisation goals.

Pros: Great opportunity to use when you want to start your career.
Cons: Long working hours and limited opportunity for growth
