My studies at Durban University of Technology revolved around business, allowing me to hone my skills in the field.I believe my knowledge from my work experience at Unilever and Pressure Die castings (PDC)are a great match with requirements for this position.In both companies (Unilever and PDC) I have handled different projects which biggest one’s of them being Total Productive Maintenance(TPM) and as currently Autonomous Maintenance at PDCwhich has also grown me in terms dealing with different kinds of people.

Poor communication and interacting skills

It there is a poor communication and interacting skills ther is no good relationship between dismembered of the managers and supervisors it was quiet a great experience being part of the team because I have leaned a lot about the logistic industry except for the mentioned above issues within the company there is a lot of favoritism within the company even when it comes to promotions if you not a manager or supervisors favorite than you are out regardless of the potential you have

Pros: Promotions were only be gotten by those who are close to the supervisors and managers
Cons: There are short notices when it comes to working overtimes

Good analysing Skills

Through out the years I have gained experience in defferent practices of engineering in different industries. I have the ability to analyze, plan, execute and mornitor the processes.

Excellent learning curve

Working at my previous job taught me a lot, everyday was a great learning experience, the managers and employees work very well together. I Everything I know , I was taught by them, if it wasn’t for the relocation of the company I’d still be working in that company.

Pros: Great learning platform
Cons: Working on weekends.

Exellent and good

It was great and nice to work there because thare asre lot of things ive learned there actually the experience i have is because of that company, and the best part i enjoyed its when we receive bonuses according to the effort we putting that was makin me happy coz i know all the time i received 100% because ofcthe hard work i was doing each and every day and the effort im putting and well the relationship between the workers was very good because we were takinga each other like sisters and brothers
