I work well with my co-workers, and I have learned more on how to address customers

The work environment where I am currently working is a good one. I have a good working relationship with my supervisor and coworkers. A day at work differs, some days are more productive thatn others depending on the project I am working on. Every project has it's different customers which determine the amount of interviews I can get since I am doing telephonic interviews. My one challenge is dealing with rude customers however I have learned to handle the way they address me and I am able to carry on working.

Pros: I learn fast and work hard and if a promotion is a possible achievement in any work place I am prepared to work towards it.
Cons: I am able to work from 08h00 to 17h00 during the week.

MRM support

It was a challenge working at MRM especially when there was limited work and we still had to reach our targets. When we dealt with difficult clients that was also a challenge but I was able to excel in my work.

Pros: Some days we were off
Cons: The long hours and the salary
