Cons: When there is breakdown and shutdown because employees were losing concentration and focus regards safety

I will learned more knowledge because i work with a Spanish guys on the site.

: firstly i have responsible for rigging inspection of all rigging equipment and monthly colour code a tagged. : I will make sure permit work are arranged before the process of rigging began.
