Excellent learning experience

My education and experience includes a Bachelor’s Science degree in Microbiology along with 2 months experience working in a lab setting. In my past position it was my responsibility to prepare urine and stool specimens for microscopic analysis for parasites. I am looking forward to the opportunity to extend my career to another level. Excellent learning curve and experience

Excellent learning curve.Great employees. Create a good mindset amongst crew members.Go getter. Team player. Hands on. Self disciplined. Worked with different cultures and races. Great to see different mindsets of different cultures. Great to change the mindsets of different cultures. Overall great to work in Zambia.

Cons: Dont see family and cycles is 14 weeks work and 2 weeks off.

Undetected equal uninfected

I transport staff to and from site. I also pick up and drop off participants in areas that surrounded the site. There is a good relationship among employees as they value each other. I learn that it is important to know status and also not to discriminate against those who had been exposed to this epidemic. I enjoy interacting with different age group as you can gorge what is the cause of non-compliance to treatments and refusing to get tested. The challenge is the safety in areas that we work with due to crime. Insufficient employee coach and mentoring for new employees.

Excellent for growth

I have learn a lot and grown within the xompany.There is a room for promotion.One learn a lot in working in team because there is teamwork. Participants have to be accomodated, sometimes one have to work weekends. I am given an opportunity to sit in meetings with excecurtives.One writes his / her own reports and enters data .

Pros: There is opportunities for growth.
Cons: Working weekends to accordate every participant.

Exposure to various fields

Working at MRC allowed me to acquire the necessary skills needed for an administrator. I've gained sufficient experience in working on the financial aspect as well in managing the various projects within the unit. Overall excellent learning experience.
