HONEST AND RELAIBLE
I am young I do not have dependants, hard worker: available. Strong work ethics, good listener. I enjoy working on vintage cars, sport I like to play golf. Start off by getting the worksheet for day. Choose the difficult one first, get it done and move to next tast. I plan my tasks. Most challeging is waiting for parts and people that stand around not doing anything of job need to be completed - do it and work with presision. I do keep to myself, I do not like to stand around. I mixed with my co-workers but keep it strickly job related. Most chaĺlenging aspect of any job is to understand the job and work with presision to complede it. .
Pros: Small business. Not many people to get to know. I get my task done and them work to complede next day's tasks if any already allocated. Clean where I work. I can work on my by myself and neen trusted to do task. Overaĺl I like to learn to do more work
Cons: Not much finances availlable to order.part.s.to.complete.work and complete.task fully.

Best life experience. I love my job
An average day consists of meeting with senior management of the company (including the MD), conducting routine inspections, dealing with complaints from employees, compiling reports, and putting together health and safety programmes. I advise my company on any changes to the health and safety laws and also on how to comply with legislation. It’s my responsibility to keep record of compliance documents. I’m currently busy developing a health and safety program to help employees understand the potential hazards they are exposed to on a daily basis. Being in the civil, it’s imperative that employees understand the dangers associated with their jobs, and that they take extra care when working. Due to the size of our company, I am required to travel to the different regions, as I have to keep the local management team up to date with health and safety requirements.
Pros: I want to work international.
Cons: Not being able to get the job i want.

Incredibly rigorous work ethic, acute understanding of technical documentation, and construction.
Mark Vorstenbosch and I worked together at Design Partnership from 2016-2018. Mark was the lead designer for the design of a Superspar in Maputo, for which I was the design coordinator. During this project, Mark demonstrated an incredibly rigorous work ethic, combined with an acute understanding of design, technical documentation, and construction. His work was beautiful, accurate, well composed and always delivered on time, despite intense pressure and short deadlines. In addition to Mark’s great performance, he was also a pleasure to work with. He is incredibly friendly and had a good rapport with his supervisors, subordinates and peers. He always made himself available to help others, and regularly stayed late to do so. He was also very professional and maintained a strong working relationship with clients and other members of the professional team. I would strongly recommend Mark for any relevant design or technical documentation position.

Review
Working in a fairly small to medium company is challenging beacuse one get to enherit a lot of responsibilities and engage in a very veratile amount of projects however each day I would make sure that I deliver the best work according to the mandate. I was a team leader and I would make sure that the small team I was leading would push in every phase of the production and I would offer support wherever I can What I have learnt throughout the years is that media industry is very small so one needs to treat people with respect and dignity beacuse one day you might have to work with someone else somewhere in a different project What I enjoy most is getting to travel,see the world and engage in very exciting projects that will teach me one thing or two The most challenging thing is that each and everyday technology changes and I have to keep up to what is recent.
Pros: The pros of getting to work at your company is that one getting to be exposed to exciting project and the roles are not far from what I am currently doing
Cons: Getting to work with Final Cut which can slow down the productivity sometimes.
