Excellent communication skills able to work under pressure .able to complete given task in time ..I'm very kind to people I work with and I me ..I have learnt to trust only myself at a work place due to secure the company's resources and our stock..the only challenge we had is to manage to occupy every department with staff members when we short staff to lookout for the company s needs..although we would do our best to

Excellent learning curve
Mr Price Sport has given me knowledge to comprehend the importance of an employee on work site. It positively grown my mental state and turned my weaknesses into rather great capabilities. It helped me improve my skills and uplifted my confidence level that built in me, an employee with a positive attitude to what she does, positive mindset towards what I work on, a store associate that has a good impact and a great service on terms of job description expectations. I enjoyed doing customer service as it has helped me to work on self confidence. Helping customers to either issue or close their accounts as it has made me see that I've got capabilities needed at fields such as call centres and administrative fields.
Pros: I am able to do customer surveys in store with numerous customers, that helped boost my confidence.
Cons: I am willing to do overtime and go an extra mile to get what needs to be done, done.

Customer service and team work
To work at Mr price Sport is fun because it was just for youngsters. I got to learn how to interact with customers better. I also learned how to make sales by observing and listening. I learned how to work as a team. My relationship with my co-workers isn't perfect but we work well as a team, there are here and there ups and downs but we deal with it as a team and move forward. I enjoy working with customers a lot and helping out where I can, I also enjoy learning new things and gaining new knowledge. The most challenging aspect of the job is making target for every day.
Pros: Great opportunity for growth and promotion.

I enjoy working to company because I've learned how to deal with customers and learn more about sports,my challenge it's where I should handle floor covering and tills but at least it's teach me how to be multy tasks,what I like most it's I don't have job description in the other words I learn more from management to be security and cleaner at the same time.my communication was very good because I use to greet everyone and see how they feel.cashier it's a very most part of company it's need more attention and and friendly person I'm a honest and I have lot of potential.

Attend to customers
Enjoy working in a team. Have a good understanding with co-workers as well as customers. Always treat your customers with utmost respect, as well as your team. Mostly enjoying helping the customers.
Pros: Mr Price is a well established orginisation, and there's lots to learn. Would like to see myself as one of the head designers in the near future.

Not seen for your work
Hard work, and very little appreciation. Doesn't matter what you do to benifit the company, if a person above you does not like you and you make a small mistake, instead of the company trying to protect a valued asset, they attack with full force, regardless of what was the circumstances of the situation.
