I am good and best hard worker.
Working at Mr price it's the best feeling since I started working,I enjoy work as a cashier,packing clothes, merchandising and all that is done by the store associate.but also on the other side there are challenge,but of which some of them just need you to accept the fault even if is not yours. Also having a good relationship with your colleagues counts,more especially to your daily work at store,because you will having good chat,laughing in the mean time the time is going.at the end you enjoyed your day wishing for the next day to come. I have learnt myself a lot from my job.
Pros: I once got a promotion from my work,what is interesting is that I was still new by the time,only few months then promotion.
Cons: I was working for 30 hours a week,of which it wasn't bad.

I have learned a lot from Mr price company, now am strong I have different skills I can handle difficult circumstances. They have prepared me for the next level due to how we're working with my team. We have a good team leaders. Now am well spoken person team player,self-driven I like challenges Am patient,I can assist people and I can communicate effectively.And I believe that any company will like to work with me . And I also have a good attitude that I know.

Good environment to work in
outstanding environment approachable management good communication between workers and management work hard play and fun in the process system was a bit challenging because there outdated and very slow

Excellent learning platform
A typical day at MRP consists of min 8 hours, and 6 days a week. its a fun relaxed working environment where every staff member is part of a family. Through the Mr price E-learning programme I have extended my skills in the customer service aspect, visual merchandising and all things retail. I enjoy meeting new people everyday, interact and assist them in finding that right outfit. The most challenging aspect about being in retail, is encountering that difficult customer, but having that very customer walking out smiling is rewarding. Overall MRP is a fast paced business with endless growth potential.

Customer service, build relationship, how to treat customers problem solving
I learn how to treat customers build relationship with my employees,experiencing how would you do to keep customers happy,I enjoyed to work with people who are willing to work.the most challenging is when the company want us to do the target every month it was not so easy to do so because sometimes customers did not come

Learn how to treat customers and how to build relationship with customers
During the working day we did the job like we cannot work on the second day because it was a busy area,we have a great relationship with my core-workers,I learn how to handle customers complaint, how to make them happy ,I enjoyed when we work together it was a challenge to me when the customer come in and ask something that we don't have

learnt chaos can be managed enjoyed Achieving my targets and budgets challenge aspects , instilling new vision against cherished traditional visions
Pros: Great opportunity for promotions, Am not sure I have met people who have been there for 20 years, untrained, not knowledgeable, lack confidence, not developed so i have no idea how can they be promoted, neither can I, if those been there for years are nowhere. Perceptions are powerful

work at mr price was one of the biggest challenge but nice challenge though.Working hours were not bad it was 09:00-18:00 week days not bad.The relationship i had with co-workers was great,we use to get along .i have learn that clients/customersneeda good customer service all the time .One of tje most enjoyable moments was going to the christmas party.The most challenging aspects of the job is trying to make happy an angry client/customer
Pros: getting a promotion was my wish but the problem was i was on contract

Excellent at communication
Am capable of working with lot of pressure,I can take extra job am a hard worker can assist on cashier and auditing am capable of fixing computer I did computer A+ and computer fundamental I can handle group pressure am able to come up with new ideas for troubleshooting I priorities my job
