Good learning curve

you come in the morning and we have a plan where we check our working stations for the day. after clocking in for the day, then greet everyone at the cash desk and from there off to work. my relationship with my co-workers, they're like family. having to work for my current company has taught me how to not only go to work and serve my term but to Do unto others as you have them to do unto to you. it brings me joy to have reached our daily target because it shows that we didn't only worked as a team but we went the extra mile. the most challenging aspects of the job is to unpack about 6-7 boxes of clothes and assisting costumers at the same time with someone constantly reminding me to finish the boxes before the end of the day.

Good for Personal Growth

The job is quite repetitive with little to no room for growth. Personal growth & experience can be gained from this job. The team members are extremely helpful

Cons: Extensive Consecutive working days with 2 day breaks, Underpaid, no leave at all

Good.

I am an experienced Administrator with a demonstrated history of working in an IT retail store and Logistics and Supply Chain industry. Skilled in Software troubleshooting and Hardware technologies, Customer Service, Logistics Management, Procurement and Inventory Management.

It's been a great opportunity to work there because I've gained a lot of experience in sales.

It's an amazing company to work there. Everyday its like a new day because we work as a team. I'm now a top sales agent because of this company. Staff agents,management are all positive n determined focusing on succeeding the company. I've learnt a lot like how to treat customer needs. Enjoy working as a team. The most challenging aspects was when the team didn't reach the floor target.

Pros: Getting incentives every week.
Cons: Working during break times if u not on par for the month.

Opportunity and a learning curve

at first it was kind of hard because it was something that I had not done before and also having to work in a company with some much employees, with almost 5to 15 year age gap. but with the help from another employee I did manage to blend in. today I am one of the performing employees in my branch and I think in the company too
