Great working place

tipacla day at work is great ,i get along with the staff we have a great working together and i have learnd alot from my boss as to pay your staff on time aand make sure that your staff is happy at all times and not to take anyone for granted respect is the key to getting the most out of anyone an da bad day

Great work environment

Training and interviewing of new staff, daily management duties such as banking cashups daily reports, monitoring of dashboards, assisting with express, monitoring and assisting drivers, employees wage sheet, shifting employees, responding to queries and complaints via email and telephone. Close family office environment

No growth

Nothing much to tell my apologises I need to move and grow for better. What I have learned is routes delivering take a tot parcels time wisely. No annual bounes and the pay is not the living wage is pretty hard
