I am a hard work

I am a hard work and friendly person and I love to work with friendly person and lovely person.and I want to work a 8 or 9 hours a day if it more than that it overtime. My week point I hate to work with person who don't respect me because me I have a respect so that respect me I well respect you so that our work it well be easy to work together

Pros: I want to work 8 hours a day if it more than that it well be overtime and I enjoy to work with person who take care for the job

I started working for the company as a Admin Manager, now I am a Senior Operations Manager. Working away from home. I'm staying in Centurion and working in Witbank. The Company want me to relocate closer to Witbank and Middelburg. My wife is currently employed in Centurion. If we have to move to Witbank she will have to resign, with no upcomming Career, and we will have to survive and lower our lifestyle because of the income loss.

Cons: Have to work away from home

Unorganized and unfear labour practices

The company has very bad communication and don't respect employees the withhold salarys and take money for no reason or inform as to why You try your best to do the job as best you can with little or no help from co workers

Facilities, Cleaning.

To many employees to little management , too little pay. Was asked to work overtime were not paid for the time. I need to grow in a new company, as the growth was bounded to my title.

Harrd working person

the most challenging part of my job is when we send stock to Africa countries and invoicing, I have a good relationship with the people I work with, its hectic on month end due to stock take and opening of a new month.
