Want to be employed in an environment that will groom my potential and abilities to my best level. i have obtained a good relationship with both mentor and co-workers. i have learned so much about how the process of reconciling and preparing monthly reports using some of the financial systems. Most of it all , i enjoyed be given a total responsibility alone to assist customers and respond to their inquiries in daily basis, telephonically and personally. The challenges experienced was working with lazy and stubborn people who always want to sabotage the good outcome of the unit to the head of section just because they feel they older than anyone.
Pros: want to be employed in an environment that will groom my potential and abilities to my best level.
Cons: Unequal treatment among co-workers drag drown capacity of working as team.

Computer literacy
i perfome all office duties,including basic accounting system and also attended national school of gorvernment.i currently register clients on the csd database registration on my daily work.
Pros: the chances of promotion in this company is very less

Excellent learning curve
At our department we treat each other as family but when it come to work related we professional and focus and we work as a team helping each other to achieve our target even though am an intern i feel welcomed and i've learned a lot from everyone e.g how to deal with difficult clients and how to plan, execute and report when dealing with a certain project and how to treat your clients. What i enjoy the most working for these company is that i learn something new everyday, Everyone is kind and open and its a nice working environment and its suitable for everyone whether disable or not. The most challenging aspect of my job is when it come to reporting because there's a due date for every project so we have to meet deadline and work under pressure at most time when due date. But all in all i enjoy doing what i do now because i love working with people and number so ya i would be happy to find a permanent job same as the one am currently doing.

Excellent for learning new things
I had a productive time during my 12 months with the Mpumalanga Provincial Treasury. I have acquired great finance,Corporate and life skills during my internship. I worked well with everyone, where we encounted problems we sat down and tried to reach consensus as best as we can.

Exellent Learner with Good organisational Skill
As a public manager you will be responsible for leading, developing and implementing policies and legislation and managing city budgets with the aim of providing for the needs of the public. IT A GOOD WORKING ENVIRONMENT TO EARN SOMETHING MONTH END BUT NOT TO ADVANCE YOURSELF
I WORK 8 HOURS A DAY ,WORKING WITH HARD COLLEAGUES THE OFFICE IS IN REGION QUIET NOT BUSY AT ALL AND I CAN NOT BASICALLY SAY I ENJOY BECAUSE I HAVE NOT GAIN THE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS I WANTED WHEN I GET THERE. ITS SOMETIMES HAPPEN THAT I SPEND THE DAY WITHOUT HAVING MAYBE 5 CLIENTS SO I AM LOOKING FOR SOMETHING MORE INTERESTING AND CHALLENGING AND THAT CAN HELP ME IN ADVANCING MY SKILL ,KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATION.
