Great co workers.Excellent learning on an day to day basis

Learned alot from my co workers and the systems that is in place. Hours work with the shift sysytem is excellent for haveing time spend with family.Its is a challenging working areas that creates a lot of problem solvi and making use of new methods and ways of introducing of new methods and systems to be used

Pros: Working 4 by 4 shifts
Cons: No chance of promotions

I have matric comsoc1&2 from chamber of mines

I have 3 years underground coal mine experience as a safety officer i know compliance of contractors pack and sla files attending hse meetings doing site inspections

Pros: very high
Cons: 10 hours
