Fantastic Opportunity to teach English online

Good opportunity to learn as much as possible about TEFL within the international online community Great way to improve interpersonal as well as group and leadership skills within the TEFL online context and in the office team environment Great way to meet like minded people who are passionate about the same or similar things in the way of co-workers (call centre style environment) Pay is not great, hours are long and don't seem to fairly compensate for the calibre of work done - the work is fulfilling, but equally taxing and teacher burn out is often overlooked Many people (including myself) work/worked both night and day shifts to meet sufficient salary expectations, sadly Upper management is often international so lower employees needs or concerns often go unanswered and even discouraged

Pros: Gain online TEFL skills working in call centre style environment
Cons: Extremely long but sometimes irregular working hours with meagre income or compensation

Excellent experience

Excellent experience. Great environment. Great people to work with. I have learnt a lot and have grown to understand different personalities. I have developed great relationships with my colleagues. It's been a really great experience.

Learning curve

Mpc was definitely a learning curve for me, but inorder for me to grow professionally and career wise i need to find other greener pastures. I got an opportunity though to work with alot of intellects and that groomed me with people skills and i am greatful for that.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn more about how to carry yourself at work
Cons: Never got paid right

Very bad

Company had a lot of discrimination and a lot of underhanded shady work. I would not recommend anyone to work for this company. There are no benefits and people don’t treat you well. Hey

It's a good experience

MPC5 is a place that exploits their employees, the don't care about their employees all they want is their job to be done. However they will not register you for UIF but it will still be deducted from your salary(fraud). They will not hesitate to fire you.

Pros: You can go teach in China if they give you your TEFL certificate
Cons: Long working hours and little pay

Amazing Learning Experience

As an employee of MPC Recruitment my position entailed many functional responsibilities. These responsibilities allowed me as a Student to learn and understand how the business environment functions. I have learned that within a working environment it is important to learn every fragment of information that is taught to you as it it would be beneficial to yourself during many other aspects of your life. The Company itself provided employment to Students so that they have experience in the future.

Cons: Poor Working Check-in/Check-out system
