Gaining experience in automotive

The company had to many changes every month You work over time and don't get paid for it They lie about people getting an increase the reason why I want to leave is to gain more experience outside not staying in one place experiencing in more activities more people they will help you with broader progress and having the time of your Life by enjoying the place that you're working with people that you meet them people that she did with so that is my reason to leave not to say that the company is bad but then there's too many changes that's going on in this company the thing is that there's not enough adventure in the company bases that's the reason why

I am a dedicated, fast learner, hardworking, committed and open-minded person.

-M.A.G is a good company to work for, because i have gained a lot experience in a motor industry. -I have a very good relationship with my co-workers. -I enjoy working here but my only problem is we work 10 hours per day and that does not fall under overtime and the money i'm being paid is not much for the job i do. -There is no challenge at all. And there is no growth.

WORK NEEDS TO BE ALWAYS UP TO DATE, I AM A TEAM PLAYER WITH CO-WORKERS, ALWAYS WILLING TO ASSIST WITH IN THE COMPANY ,I DID NOT HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE IN DEBTORS AND I LEARNT TO COPE BY MYSELF, ALWAYS FOLLOW UP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS MY PASSION

Fast learner easy to communicate

The company is okay but has too much complications such as system updates every week and new things that need stone to understand plus the P. is always controlling and always have something to say that your work is not up to standard

Pros: Not that great always getting written warning
Cons: Working on Saturday but don't get paid for it

Excellent learning curve

Working at JA MAG is nice except for the treatment of general workers, everything changes only when it is time to get paid as our salaries are being cut down for no apparent reason.

Pros: No opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours
