Excellent Learning Curve

My time at MOTLA has taught how to be tedious and adaptable , I have learnt how to process , capture and relay data accordingly .However there is no growth .There is also a strong culture for nepotism. I have a good skill set and I am also a very fast learner but they are not offering me a chance to showcase my talent abilities .They will receive a higher satisfaction if gives more complex and difficult duties as I see that my colleagues are doing duties very dismally where as I would be able to conquer those tasks with much more efficiency and understanding I strongly believe I can work much more better and do much more than is required from me if I was given a chance to do the duties of my colleagues because I know I can do better than them

Excellent learning cover for a start.

most people i work with are nice, two weeks of the month is very buzz with the month end billings we have to give to clients. I have learnt to work under pressure when the is deadlines.

No growth

every day is a typical day but two weeks of every month we work overtime to cove deadline. there is no movement as far as the growth is concert. Most of my co-workers a nice and count on

Demanding and accurate measurements of readings

Your work has to be accurate Customers can be rude and kind and difficult Staff works so so with you Dont requires you to use your own car Deduction can happen anytime with problems

Utilities

In any job you need to know and understand what the company is about and how they go about doing it. We do meter readings for commercial companies. keeping clients happy and satisfied returning calls same day or a few minutes later as the work day allows or seeing an assisting the client with his query or request of the building. making sure managers are seen too assisting out with other departments workload in learning new things. learning, extend, go the extra mile & building co-workers being there for them and them for you. We assist one another an stand together as a team.

Pros: Not really they bring people from outside
Cons: no 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
