Excellent learning curve

I love the work environment and my bosses. I have been taught a lot and have learnt a lot. We work well with one another we are a close nit family. I enjoy what i do very much. I enjoy that i am allowed to work independently. The challenging aspect of my job is the pressure, there are so many files going on trial at once that each need much concentration.

Pros: being allowed to work independently
Cons: pressure of many matters going on trial with trial dates close to each other

Excellent learner, neat and accurate

We do a lot of projects for the RAF for instance quarterly update of each and every file. We work through the files from beginning to end / start to finish. Appointing of experts, typing the relevant notices, diary, scheduling pre-trials. We have a policy that forbids you to really socialise with any one during working hours. We have strict hours for smoking, making tea and lunch. Relationship with co-workers I would say is good. Almost everyday one learn something new. New court rules, more about cases, etc. I enjoy my work extremely.

Pros: Opportunity for promotion in future
Cons: Salary to little for a lot of work
