Excellent

I've worked day shifts it was a great experience, I've learn to work under pressure, deal will difficult clients in a good way and work as team in some cases. I've enjoy to do interviews as i got a chance to discover some of my abilities and the most challenging moment is when we had to meet deadlines as i had to make sure that everything was submitted on time but i had best time as i learnt a lot.

Pros: Great opportunities
Cons: Salary was not good

Meeting different people every time

I sell radio airtime to listeners as well as companies to advertise on our radio station. I normally check my emails when I get to the office and reply to them. If there are appointments I go out and meet those clients come back and do their quotations and email them. I do Schedules for adverts that goes on air. I work hand in hand with the programs manager as well as the presenters

Pros: You get to know everything about the radio station
Cons: You have to be available all the time for the clients

I can perfect my skills in public speaking, presenting and selling

My creativity is challenged on daily basis, quick problem solver, communication skills grow daily, team work is the key, ability to think on my feet and not have to postpone a matter that I can fix today.

Pros: Great opportunity to teach about different fields
Cons: Limited resources to work with and too little salary
