Good learning curve

i have experienced a lot o things at the company and it as given me the opportunity to follow my career and experience that i have . though sometime it might have difficulties there and there but i have learned a lot through the company. what i enjoyed most was being given the opportunity to run / have control over people that where under me as a senior technician . The only challenge that we face was not getting enough salary for the work being done and sometime s you find that this could continue for more than three months of not getting paid ,that is where the challenge start. My relationship with co-workers was amazing and going well with no challenges.

Pros: great opportunity
Cons: long working hours with no over time pay
