Excellent working experience curve
As an environmental awareness campaigner the work of the day was going out to the community imparting to them knowledge on environmental issues like taking care (about pollution) and conserving the environment. Making them aware of biodiversity and the resources that we have as some of them are non-renewable so they need to be used in a sustainable way for the coming generation. It was a nice place to work with different kinds of people of different characters. A hardwoker, patient, problem solver, independent person is what that industry made me. Brainstorming and coming up with new ideas was what I like and enjoy most. Things that were very challenging was calling for community meeting or public participation and only few members come. But it never discourage if one is dedicate on what is doing.

Excellent work experience curve
My daily work was going out to the community teaching them how to take care of the environment and conduct some clean-up campaigns with the community where there are illegal dumps. After every day activity a report must be compiled. I was very close with my colleagues we were like brothers and sisters and the place made me very strong and patient as I was dealing with people with different characters. Today I am a good listener, hard worker because of that place. I can deal with conflict, able to communicate. I enjoyed my daily basis work because its good to engage with people, learning from them and also learn from me. The most challenge which was beyond my control was when a meeting or public participation called and only few members came.

Getting more experience
I have been doing my articles for almost 4 years now, The monthly salary is very little i cant really do anything about it. good thing is i stay at home. We add value by improving the organisation's operations by ensuring that the policies in place are effectively being followed, the systems in place are effectively working as they are supposed to we also try to improve the effectiveness of Risk Management. i work well with my co-workers problems arises when they refuse to give us Auditors information. i have learnt the 4 steps of Auditing which are Planning, Execution, Reporting and following up of an Audit. I enjoy attending IIASA Training because we get to socialize with other Internal Auditors from Different sectors. The Most challenging aspect of the Job is Limitation of Scope , When you really want to finish an Audit but the Co-workers cant help you with the information.

am hard working person, capturing invoices and even authorising, my colleagues and I we are a solid team working together and I have learned lot of things such as capturing invoice even verifying assets, I enjoy capturing invoices

It was a good learning experiencce
Working at my previous company was so expriential. My daily job was going out to campaign,write a report of the activity. If not going out a pamphlet about environmental issues must be created. Assist in the office by answering calls and staff I became a hard worker and a good thinker. The company taught to be a problm solver and deal with conflicts. Its a place where different kinds of people come e.g disabled, mentaly ill and those with moods, that's where I started to be more patient when dealing with people and assit them. I mostly enjoy going out teaching the community something new about their environment. The challenging part was when you agreed on having a meeting/public participation and come only few people.
