Excellent for experience

Team work, how to handle challenges, meeting difficult clients and working under pressure, I have learned to be patient and communicate, not to be overwhelmed by work pressure, I have attained great interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, I am a customer service focused and a team player. My job is not challenging, I feel like I am not moving forward.

Excellent learning

I learned much towards the company of morubisi technologies mostly bases on CCTV analyst ,reporting the incident to the saps, recording the incident on IRF book, analysing the crime that occurred on Tshwane area..and the team work, respecting your colleagues and management,forcus on work . what I enjoy most is when I got an incident and the saps arrest the suspect and I go to court to witness on the incident,to show that I am doing my job and finally see where my case going to end.the are challenges especially when you missed incident,you get a warning form and once you missed again the incident it's written warning and last chance and then you go to boardroom where the management will decide if they still keep you on the company or suspend you or dismissed you

Life changing

I have learned a lot of new skills while I was working at Morubisi Technologies during my time there I was exposed to CCTV which was a new fieldI have learned a lot of new skills while I was working at Morubisi Technologies during my time there I was exposed to CCTV which was a new field for me. I was also exposed to working on a major project for tge company bei9part of the technical team during the installation and integration process for me. Pros: I have learned a lot of new skills while I was working at Morubisi Technologies during my time there I was exposed to CCTV which was a new field for me. Cons: Salary is very low and a lot of late salary payments

Good Learning Curve

Is really good to work in the company as it is something different for me and i really like change so that i explore new things in life. Team work is something we have at the moment and we each others company as co-workers . I've learnt lot of things in a month and it felt like I've been there for years . what i really enjoy about my job is that i help fighting crime around town and save lives of those involve in accidents . The most challenging aspect of the job is that you don't have to miss one incident and we work with 20 cameras at the same time for more than 4 hours. You got charged if you miss an incident .

Pros: Truly no opportunity of promotion , it might , but maybe in 20 years time.
Cons: working long hours

I have nine years experience in industrial surveillance cameras and 3 years experience in security industry . Responsibilities at industrial field is to observe, operating cameras do track and tracing with surveillance cameras. Working hand in hand With Saps, Metro Police and City Council. Computer alarm monitored. Review and recording of incidents and data capturing (capture all incident that happened) and escalating incident to response team. To operate and monitor all system within the control centre in an efficient manner ensuring that all works is undertaken in compliance with the operating procedures, legislation and the code of practice.
