Excellent learning curve and career growth

I love my job and enjoy doing it. My duty starts at 8am till 5pm but I am here every morning at 7:10 to ensure that I start my work day still refreshed and push whatever extra work that I have. I have a good relationship with my colleagues, we are like one big happy family. We share jokes together, laugh and eat together but also respecting our duty calls respectively. I have learnt a lot since I joined Moroka attorneys, my boss likes people who are full of fresh ideas to bring life into the firm and he acknowledges and put them into good use. I have also learnt to work on big projects that we get from the government through tendering, also learnt how to put together a tender document.

Pros: I work unspervised and still bring results which make my boss give me an incentive as a token of his appreciation for my hard work
Cons: Long working hours and sometimes having to work on weekends

Gain of experience

The best part of my job is the flexible leave and a very easy-going boss. It is also a very low stress environment. I have gain a lot of experience working here.

Over 10 yrs of working as an Adm clerk, having the ability to handle complex assignment effectively and possessing the confidence to work as part of a team or independently
