Processing customers records, Checking application for credit records

Working at Morkels is amazing. I work from 8 to 5 Monday to Friday. Saturday is only 8 to 13:00. I enjoy the communication and respect among my colleagues and the management. There is a lot of skill and knowledge gained from my work, as there still more that I want to learn. I enjoy engaging with customers, helping them with all their requests. As for challenges is when dealing with customers when it come to problem solving and also meeting company target but at the end all problems are resolved.

Project Coordinator and Skills Admin

My working hours is 8 hours a day, five days a week. I have good relationship with my colleagues, management and senior management. The skill and knowledge gained is a lot as, I co-lead all training in the company. The one thing I enjoy is taking charge of everything involving training, the admin and managing all internships and learnerships. There are challenges when it comes to problem solving and meeting company target but at the end everything gets resolved.

Pros: They are few opportunities available for promotion. My promotion target is becoming Skills Development Manager.
Cons: I work from 8 hours a day which is no problem. I do not work on weekends which is bonus.
