Qualified fitter and turner , diploma in production management, qualified fire fighter, lift truck operator and a supervisor course certificate NQF level 4. I am capable of motivating my team to perform at maximum levels to meet and surpass the targets set for us. I have good communication skills and interpersonal skills, organisation and vision driven a true professional in my field. I really enjoy a fun working experience and to sell that idea to my coworkers at large, setting up a production line to carry out a breakdown line of work brings out the best in me and working under pressure in no problem with me.

Adapts and excell in my job space

Fun to work with. Very interactive with my colleagues. Professional working attitude. Great communication skills. Respect for my superiors and subordinates. Loyal worker. Decisive personer. Great personality. Hard worker. I enjoy to see the contribution of our work making the difference in the products we produce it's really satisfying. The most challenging aspects of the job are people and their attitudes most of the time it's important to have mutual respect with them.

Cons: lack of personal development and growth.
