Dispute resolution

I am a hardworking claims consultant and/or legal advisor. Me and my colleague working at claims we are dealing client's issue whether legal related or not as per the mandate of the directors even though we are a legal insurance. It is with great pleasure to tell you the I deal with dispute resolution, non litigious matters and for those that needs to be litigated we issue instruction to law firms if such matters cannot be settled before such instructions are issued. T

Pros: I have practical experience as I was once a candidate attorney from 2011 to 2014, currently I am with the insurance industry

Good exposure to government clients and work experiences

A typical work day includes responding to clients and setting up meeting to monitor status of audits in progress. Co-worker relationships are most often good, with the odd days fairly stressful. I've learnt very little from being in the company, except have improved on my business development skillset. I enjoy mentoring and coaching juniors, as well as delivering to clients and outdoing their expectations.

Pros: Exciting opportunity to grow the business
Cons: Working days on end sometimes
