A Learning experience and very Challenging at times experience

its fast pace which always makes time fly your learn new things everyday you always laugh its always loud because of the people vibrant i love meeting new people every time and making them smile i have learn to pace myself and always look at both sides of the coin Always Smile and be happy no use of getting frown lines on your face i am always surrounded by people from morning till late afternoon everyone always say i am too nice but its a force of habit on the ways i grew up am always challenged in ways that i always have an habit of wanting to fix every problem that arises

Pros: always flexible hours and always push myself further than what i am always required
Cons: always finish tasks given to me on time and always keep flexible to cover for if someone is sick

Good communication skills

Working long hours Good relationship with my colleagues and bosses Working with different people each with different characters I have learned to be patient and friendly at all times The most important thing thing is to be able to help customers with love despite the situation

No enough opportunity to let employees learn on other department.

Very large company that has lot of customers..good customer service from employees but the salary its not enough and good employees are not recognized or are not given opportunity to learn.
