Disgusting management

Management lacks basic cmon sense. Racism is at its peak within management in the food anf Beverage department.. if you aren't white then your experience and qualifications are ignored. I was employed to point out mistakes within the department. Then when realization of white people making the mistakes came to light, i was treated badly.

I work via agents

I have work with agent that doesn't pay us the amount we suppose to get.i enjoy working with kids again I am patient person I work very hard.firstry I worked at siya bonga was admin there secondly I worked as baby sitter I sometimes use to volunteer at creach when teachers are absent then I worked at insurance was an agent now I work part time at monte casino.

It's a great company to work for and they have a lot of opportunities.

its an amazing company to work for ,they really value their staff.they have a lot of opportunities for growth and trainings for the staff.they have good staff discounts.the management is amazing they do their best to develop the employees.even though we work shifts we stil enjoy coming to work and keep on smiling to keep our patrons happy.the challenges are to deal with loosing guests they insult us but we keep up and carry on doing our jobs at best.we learner a lot from customers and challenge us to be strong characters some day.

Excellent customer service

Meeting new people every day, easy to work as a one team because the training the company take us, but working with customers who drunk or losing lots of money and swearing its a bit challenging
