As a Manager at my recent Job, the challenges were that sometimes my colleagues not doing or finishing certain projects on time and I would have to take on their tasks so that we don't miss deadlines. something that didn't happen too often because eventually I had to put my foot down. Otherwise waking up and going to work was beautiful because I had great colleagues that were supportive and when they learned how to work as a team they never let that go. I have learnt new management skills as we did not use the same methods which we used at my previous Job as a manager. Overall I had a great working relationship with my employers and colleagues and not mention my wonderful clients and all those others that were difficult at first. it is a pity we had to close doors but that is a sign of growing and spreading our wings as we meet and learn more things that life has to offer.

Pros: I started at the begining and got a promotion
Cons: Definately long hours

Good atmosphere

Welcoming and greating customers in a good manner, introducing and showing what we have on special and advising them. Good telephone manners. Excellent in filling and read in stock. Good customer relationship. Goal and target driven and working to meet deadline. Good in operating cash register and cashup. Also like a clean place and well organized. Good in communication.

Pros: Good place to learn about nutrition
Cons: Long working hours
