Great company

Great company towork for. Employees are supported to study further. Good culture of recognition for individuals who go the extramile. However, the company runs on skeleton staff thus most employees find themselves putting long hours and thus end up with excessive overtime.

Pros: Sustainable business
Cons: Long hours
