In 2015 I was promoted to be a Research and Development Agent; my responsibilities were to test new Campaigns, identify trends and new processes. One of my highlight was being instrumental in the Dfs POC • I had to attend training in Cape town to learn all Dfs products and system • I had to pass all the assessment for Dfs products and system navigating • I had to come back to Johannesburg to test Dfs Campaign by selling the products to client's to assess if the campaign can work for ECM Direct. Regarding to Dfs Learnings I as expected to complete the training, shadow a Dfs Agent in a 2 days, system in 1 day and product training in 1 day. The normal training process for Dfs product and systems takes a Month a More; I completed the training in a wee Based on the above,I believe that I will be the perfect candidates for the position.

Talking in front of your team everyday as we were using agile methodology
I will start with the reception I got when I got there, it was amazing how they welcomed me and the tour around the office was awesome. The working environment was great within the team and my manager I had a lot of fun working with them whom I sti consider them as my family away from home

Good learning curve
Im a skilled professional who has been in die Insurance, Financial Services and Banking industry for 20 years. My skills set include Business Analysis, Project Management in both the Agile and Waterfall methodology. I get along great with team members and function well under stress.
Pros: Still operates as a typical boys club which was challenging but it enhances your communication skills, influencing skills and negotiation skills
Cons: At some point you reach the ceiling and stays in the same position which limits growth.

Overall good
Overall a good company Good work life balalce very poor benefits structures very limited opportunities to move roles ointernally or to be promoted. Still not transformational or focussed on transformation actively in senior roles

Inmy orgainisatIn my organisation l look after 15 susdiaries all of them they fall under the group.The work that l do for them is consulting advisign aand being a rep for inseta for all. The relationship l have with therepresentatives across is very amazing as they count on me to make sure that all the processes are followed and they will recieve their mandatory and discretionary funding.They make the work to be more easy which has made us to retain our BBEE status for 2 years with the Sd portfolio sitting at 14 points. I have learnt that we are all diferrent and we have to be patient with people that are slow learners and to be more strategic as we go along. l

Love working with people in all levels.
Ensure employees and youth are developed and the comply with the skills development and EE legislation . Changing people lifes its fulfilling, giving another person a chance to achieve their dreams gives me purpose. Giving youth an opportunity to have a career, work experience so that they can be employed or employable. Being a role model to youth especially women, to bring about change in their lives, gives me joy. That's what I live for s me joy. That's what I live for

Excellent financial analysis
I I currently work in a fast pace team, where we conduct financial analysis on different transaction and companies. We are a very small team, each with his or her portfolio. I have learnt to do proper financial analysis on companies, and working under pressure.
