My typical day is extremely busy as I get pulled into a lot of meeting due to my knowledge in Collective Investments. I had to quickly learn the rules, regulations and governance in all aspects of a Manco. I don't believe in superiority based on my position, if things need to get done I jump in and get my hands dirty. I believe this is why I have a team that respect each other.

Excellent learning experience

Learning new things daily. Very busy office. Work with 120 people in my direct team and have good relationship with them. Demanding environment. Strict and detailed oriented

Good Learning Experience

Interesting & challenging with loads of responsibilities regarding daily & monthly deliverables. I've learned a lot over the years from being an Administrator to a Data Analyst and getting a long with everyone including management. The ONLY concern is the continues changing in management stalling the growth of our department with the reset button.
