Not the ideal working environment.

Company lacks interest in staff well being. Salaries are very minimal and not good at all. No incentives. Staff lack skill. No room for growth. Poor customer service. Not the ideal company to work for.

Pros: Loads of free time
Cons: Shift times till 8pm at night with no transport.

It's a learning curve everyday

I'm a receptionist at Momentum golf village .I do day visitors, sign them in & out. Do por's for members,cancelations,paid outs,freezings & general queries.I open & close & do the cash up in the evenings.

Pros: Getting off on public holidays
Cons: working double shifts on weekends from 8til7 the evenings.

Challenging learning curve

A typical day would start off with a sales meeting where we'd discuss our budgets for the day and our planned appointments for the day. I'd then confirm my appointments. I'd then make new fresh appointments till eleven. After 11 i'd chat to existing members get refferals. Chat to day vistors. When appointments arrive i'd tour them, pitch them listen to their needs and close the deal.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long hours
