Great learning opportunity

Everyday work is challenging in the sense that everyone around have different views abou certain things. Having to always have a positive attitude towards everything going wrong or right is hard. My relaionship with co-workers is great because we understand that we spend most of out time at work and therefore is is important that we maintain a good relationship. I Have learnt a lot, firstly to work well with people. I have learnt professionalism, good conduct and posisite behaviour. I also have learnt to work effectiently under pressure. I enjoy mostly my line of work-legal, i love it and it keeps me going and motivated even though when there is nothing to look up to mush in the office. The most challenge I am faced with is that we dont have a very good relationship with our employer and having to keep proative everytime he reprimand us.

A good environment to learn to work without close supervision

I have learned to be a crytical thinker, and working with large volumes of works, and respect people's opinion. I have learned mostly to love my job and do it deligently. be a goo team player, it also improves my leadership skills, and to understand the clients indivisually .
