An extreme learning curve

Job includes supporting systems users, scripting reports and developing and implementing new features. Typical day involves getting calls from users to assist with daily tasks, develop new features and deploying code and scripting reports for managers. I work great with co-workers, able to communicate and get things done in timely manner. I learned a lot about communication and stating clearly conversations what should be done and how things should be done. You learn communication skills does not only involve communicating but also includes listening. I enjoyed working with team members, we are able to instantly carry on with ones task because we are in sync with what we are doing. Most challenging aspect of working with this organisation is the constant change in direction from senior managers. No two day have the same direction

Learning Curve

Easy going environment. A lot of energy. I enjoy the free wi-fi and listening to music while i work. Friendly relationship with co-workers. I've learned to represent my work well. Communication is very important as well as take critical feedback.

Pros: Relxed environment
Cons: Long working hours
