Exellent Leearning Curve

I am a hard worker always willing to learn and can work under very little supervision, always winning when it comes to meeting deadlines in any given duties. I am very goo with working with other people and my social skills are great. I aquired skills in computer servicing and repairing, printer installation and trouble shooting and tracking lost documents. The challenging aspects of this job is making sure all documents are store and saved under correct cartergory for easy retrieval.

Pros: oppotunity for growth and promotion

Good learning experience

Working for a family firm presented its own challenges in that from what I had picked up staff generally put you in a classified category. This was challenging as I preferred to engage one on one with the staff as well as in team settings. It was crucial for me to be respected as the office Manager and not the family name as such. However I had brilliant working relations with all at the office and invited every new challenge presented and worked to the best of my ability.
