I learned the National credit act. And costumer care

Every day has it own challenges as i had to consult the costumer then setup a payment plan and then doing the cold calling on the client. I do day to day inbound /outbound costumer care and worked closely with my subordinates as i appreciated their duty.

Excellent communication skills

Mohau Holding is about debt counselling we negotiate for our clients to reduce the instalment so that there won't b more depths.Also worked at reception for consultation m switch board.Communication skills nd good customer service are da key
