Great start up place, had to learn and teach a lot, vip payroll systems in place.

Tteam player, no manageable hours, dealt with a lot of s Safety issues.. No career growth. No skills development plans implementation. Crazy long working hours and no compensation. Favoritism is given to different individuals. Its a family business, they do not welcome nor take opinions or suggestions. They run it like mickey mouse business.

Pros: Great way to meet different people and cultures.
Cons: No opportunity for growth. Family business. Not allowing opinions and expertise advice.
