Reflection of work experience
Throughout the day I complete various administrative duties, including but not limited to greeting customers, answering phones, drafting documents and emails as well as filing. I also provide customer service and resolve customer issues. I have an excellent professional relationship with my co workers. We assist one another wherever we can and I have made some good friends for life, who today can vouch for me on a professional basis. I have learnt that meeting new challenges or addressing the old ones in new ways is how improvement happens. I strive to get the job done, but always have an eye out for a way to finish the job faster or better. There's a lot I like about my current job, but to narrow it down I'd say that I enjoy giving support to senior management and all staff in a way that really makes a difference. There is nothing in my position that I find overly difficult and I rise to any challenge that I may face.
Pros: Meeting people and working hours are flexible.
Cons: No room for growth
