Lack of communication between supervisor and staff.

The was no flow no structure on the company how work is passed to another department I was doing probably 2 or 3 jobs in which we were supposed to have different departments. So too much work to deal with..when there's a lot of applications I have to assist after I'm done verifying documents also assist the agencies with questions they might have on the system.We would laugh a lot Friday we would have drinks boss would spoil us ..i would stop working and play ball with him and I was always the top worker in the company. I worked for his dad's debt collection company for 3-6months manager saw some potential and referred me to mobicred

Cons: Normal time

The place you don't wanna be

If you want your joy take away then that's the place for you. Supervisor think she own the place. You sit for hours without work. If you state what you're problem is then you're the wrong one. You will never be right even if you are right you're always wrong. No place for growth.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Terrible structure, lack of work
