Fast Learner, Technically minded

Any typical work day even if I have to give out more then you ask I will still do it I am a team player, love to help other team members if they need help but must also work vice versa as well. I learned a lot on my own. They usually throw me in the deep end, and that is how I learn. I am good with my hands. To many skills I have learned and I am willing to share that knowledge and experience. I love working in the field and using my hands and knowledge, also love to learn new things and experience on anything. No challenges is to big or to small for me. Love what I do. Any company expects me to do 100%, were I do 200%. I don't expect other people to do my work, but I expect that all my co-workers work as a team. There is even my co-workers that is longer in this field and still ask me for advice. I gladly give my experience to any co-worker that asks for it. I used to take R28000 a month. but at this moment my salary is negotiable.

Pros: I don't care for a promotion, love field work, increase in my salary is acceptable and respect towards me
Cons: I don't mind doing long hours

Good learning place

i have a very good working relationship with my co-workers, i have learnt all the basic computing skill and how to be a team player and also an individual and hard working person. it always challenges me when i have to work night shift but now i can always do it easier.

Pros: i am still a new and young employee so no need for promotions now i still wanna learn more
Cons: i am able to work very long hour, still very young and energetic

Good learning space

its a nice place to work and gain some experience. a good office space to work in as a young and upcoming employee. you must be always at your best in doing work.

Excellent learning curve

Its a wonderful experience working with mobax team. They are a wonderful company with great individuals who always look out gor each other. Its a great opportunity for me to also enhance my skills in a Telecommunications sector.

Attention to detail

The company is great to work for, there is room for growth. Constant training trainings are always offered to enhance knowledge . The people are always willing to impart knowledge. Th working environment is fun

Learning everyday.

Good day. My name isn’t Khayalethu Mpila and I work as a Generator Technician for Mobax. I’ve worked in this position for a two years (in the industry) but a year for Mobax. I deploy, recover and refuel VODACOM generators. I am 26 turning 27 years young and do my work to the best of my abilities. I work well in both group/team work or individual.

Pros: Company bakkie, phone, great work environment and competitive salary.
Cons: Working alone sometimes at night and in dangerous areas.

I would like to work as a company driver in my next job oppertunity.

- Nats Trading is one of the companies i would not like to work anymore. - we did not have any work relationship with our bosses, they always have the last say in everything. - between the workers we did have a very good working relationship. - and i can say that i have learnt allot at my previous company. - and what i also enjoy most was the team coming together frequently for a braai. - the most challenging times is when we working late ours and its not safe at all.

Pros: it is a grate oppertunity to work at Mobax u learn allot and all the people that works there is very helpfull, and allso very friendly.
Cons: not to much off long working ours because weekends u got the time for your family
