Good opportunity

Since I have degree of Bachelor of Accounting Science , MNB has a very good opportunity for me to gain more knowledge in auditing . Auditing and Accounting are my major modules. I have learned to work individual and in team.

A typical work day

-A typical work day MNB CA is a very good company with lots of opportunities but work very long hours without being compensated. -Relationship with co-workers The relationship with the co-workers is good but we hardly meet each other because of being away to the clients in different provinces. -What i have learnt Management at MNB CA are goal oriented leaders who do not care about their employees, they do not appreciate the hard and long hours we invest in growing and satisfying our clients. the compensation structure is very poor and management must improve on that. -The most challenging aspects of the job Travelling almost everyday and the work is about the outcome/delivery, and we are paid very low

Pros: MNB chartered accountants is very poor when it comes to promotional opportunities but have a very wide range of learning different skills as it is a small company with limited staff,so you do almost everything from accounting, bookkeeping, Asset verification and business development when required.
Cons: Long working hours

Great learning curve as I am exposed to a new industry, working environment and team members.. Exposure to government entities. Great company to work for with lots of opportunities for growth.

Excellent

We almost work under pressure due to tight deadline.I am an open-minded, friendly and capable individual with an extensive background on financial accounting and auditing. I possess an excellent ability on problem solving, coupled with good skills on planning, reporting and analysing of financial information. I can process transactions from inception to trial balance and draft financial statement.

Pros: Gaining work experience through rotation
Cons: Long working Hours

It's a decent place to work at I think, no issues so far.

People work together to achieve a common goal, which is good to see. The company structure however is not fully defined and that would have been good to note.

Pros: You get paid
Cons: You don't get paid on time, be it salary or subsistence
