Excellent skills improvement

I have gained lots of experience with regards to printer servicing, setting up IP addresses with printers, filing, scanning, making quotations, accounting management, additional MS Office experience. I have also learned to work under pressure and comply with due dates. I have a good working relationship with all my colleagues and superiors. I have also improved my experience in working with clients as well as communication skills.

Pros: Great experience and working environment
Cons: Not in my desired field. (IT)

Im a hard worker who like to work with people and willing to relocate ,I m a fast learner with a good tension on my employers. I can work on my own .

I was promoted from a Office admin to a training administrator

i have been working for MMTI for more than 3 years, and withe the years my self confidence has improved. The promotion has helped because i have more responsibility and challenges that i am always looking forward to. Sometimes my position entails for me to work extra hours and this learns me to work independently meeting deadlines without supervision. Always getting things in time, communicating with clients and giving good feedback.

Great experience building

I enjoyed working for MMTI, but there is no opportunity to advance myself to a higher position. It is a great company, although no bonusses, increases, medical or pension. Company is managed by the owner himself with no other stakeholders.

Pros: Build experience
Cons: Travelling great distances. No bonusses, no yearly increase, no medical or pension.
